Next month is the mark of my big five-one of my age, and the big present is the Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion C5/6 which will be performed on the 09.05.24

This injury has happened at place I worked

I cannot say that I am a brave person, in fact I am quite scared to be honest.

I am in constant pain daily for four months and a bit more. I also experiencing localised hot in one part of the body and cold on the other.
The most weird feeling is the pins and needles travelling between my right shoulder through my arm and resided to my first three fingers and back again to my right shoulder.

Although I am feeling scare at the moment, I believe this surgery will be helping me a lot in managing the pain, and I can continue with my life.

I stayed in this nice private hospital at ᗯOᒪᒪOᑎGOᑎG for several days.

Finally, on the 11.05.24 the hospital discharged me home. With several days worth of whiskers and a battle scare. Now, I earned overdue well rest to recovery. It’s amazing medical technology these days, its fixes several of my vertebrae from the front also added infusion as well.

Update: 14.05.24

I noticed that the dressing was lifted, so I decided to changed the dressing with more gentle to my skin.
The wound looks fantastic and it seems no signs of infection; however, for several days was really rough for me – I cannot feel comfortable at all, despite all the pain killers on board.
I suppose, I just need to take a baby step and I believed, the surgery will be beneficial for myself.
